Island Beach in the offseason

The other day my brother and I took a drive down to the end of Island Beach State Park after the nor'eastern. It was nice to grab a coffee throw on the flannel and head down into fishing territory. Not much beach was left after the storm but it was a fun drive anyway.

After a nice long trip of racking up images there comes a time when one has to sit down and start chopping the pile in half to say the least. I got into my house around 2 am after a solid 24hr travel day. Started my edit at 5 am super jet lagged and continued throughout the day and into the evening. I have 1 more solid day of editing followed by color correcting. Tomorrow I am going to make time and post some more photos from the trip onto FlickR.
